Even though many different variables such as economy, population and politics determine the power of countries, when the word ‘power’ is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is military power. Business Insider India has listed the 20 most powerful armies in the world for those who wonder.
Just as in determining the power of countries, there are many different variables in determining the strength of the army, but Business Insider India has taken into account the budget, the number of active personnel, the number of tanks, aircraft and submarines while preparing the list it has created.
When we look at the top of the list, we see that the USA, Russia and China, which are introduced as the world’s superpowers , are in the top three. The border neighbor of the USA, Canada, an island nation of Indonesia and Germany, are in the last three places on the list. It is the largest military power in the region, where USA takes place during the 1’s list .
