What can and cannot be done on Whatsap Web
As you can see in the table, WhatsApp Web allows you to do most of the main actions of the application. You can send photos, messages, documents, videos and contacts. However, in the sharing functions there are a couple of absences such as location or audio. However, for audio there is a little whatsapp tricks, and that is that if you use the option to send documents you can attach any file, including any audio or MP3 that you have on your computer.

In the rest of the conversation options, you will not miss anything, since you can use emojis, GIFs and stickers in the same way and with the same search engine that you use on your mobile. You can also use the search within a conversation, the search for chats and contacts, and the options to empty conversations, archive them, silence them or fix them.

WhatsApp Web also allows you to use the webcam of your computer or laptop to send photos or videos, but keep in mind that you will have to give the browser permission to access. You can also send voice messages in this way, using the microphone that you have connected to the computer or integrated into the webcam.
There are other chat-related options that are available, such as notifications or wallpaper settings. You will also be able to use the WhatsApp statuses, both to see those of your contacts from the web and to create your own using the webcam.
