President Joe Biden on Tuesday railed against United States Senator Rick Scott’s (R-Florida) draconian Plan to Rescue America that he introduced in February which would raise taxes on the middle class and outlines how he envisions dismantling Social Security and Medicare.
Scott is the head of the Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee.
“I won’t read through all of it, but it says, ‘all federal legislation sunsets in five years. If it is worth keeping, Congress can pass it again,'” Biden recited verbatim during a press event at the White House.

Biden then clarified what Scott’s extreme proposal really means.
