AN SUV driver who took a wrong turn found themselves surrounded by confused shoppers.
The video, uploaded to Twitter by CBS Boston News, shows an official leaning in to speak to the driver.
The video is shot using the smartphone of a bystander in the shopping mall.
It begins with a shot of the SUV in the middle of a busy walkway in a shopping centre.
The video zooms in on the SUV and an official of the shopping mall can be seen leaning in the driver’s window to chat to the driver.
It then becomes clear that this isn’t the ground floor – the SUV has managed to drive onto a first-floor walkway.
According to the report from CBS Boston News ‘an elderly woman was disoriented behind the wheel.’
