In the statement sent to MTI’s request, it was written that the municipalities concerned were notified by letter of the failure of the constructions,

The relevant tripartite contracts are prepared by Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő (MNV) Zrt., as the company representing the ownership rights of the Hungarian state. To sign the contracts, zrt. it will take place after the board’s decision – they added.
A prison for the peaceful accommodation of five hundred people would have been built according to the original plans. On April 11, 2019, the Békés municipality concluded a contract with MNV Zrt. and BVOP.
