It’s Friday already, and that means it’s time to pick up our weekly roundup of Apple TV+ content news. We have premieres and news about future shoots that can entertain us all these weekends in which the Omicron variant confines us at home.

Tragedies, renewals and a new series with Uma Thurman

The premiere of the week on Apple TV+ is ‘Macbeth‘, a new version of the immortal work of the hand of Joel Coen. Our colleagues from Espinof have already seen it and rate it as one of the first jewels of this year .

Another official announcement is that of ‘Suspects’, a thriller starring Uma Thurman to be released next February 4th. The actress plays a businesswoman whose daughter is kidnapped in Turkey, with eight episodes to go before she tries to resolve the matter.

Perhaps my favorite news today is that a third season of ‘The Morning Show’ has been confirmed, one of the best series on Apple TV+ by far. We will see Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon come out of the pandemic that devastated all the characters in season 2.

The Hollywood Reporter brings us the news for the future furthest: there will be a biopic by Audrey Hepburn in movie form. The script will be for Michael Mitnick, and the actress who will play Audrey will be Rooney Mara. There is no set date yet for the start of filming.

Remember that there are other recent news available on Apple TV +, such as the new movie ‘El Canto del Cisne’ and ‘Supersorda’, a children’s series.
