Dr. József Gajdácsi. The Director General of the General Directorate of Medical Professions said that, in addition to surgical interventions, it will move to the Külső Klinikai Tömb (1083 Budapest Korányi S. u. 2.):
- intensive patient care to the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, on the 4th floor of the Central Infirmary,
- inpatient care to the Orthopedic Clinic, on the 2nd floor of the Central Inpatient Clinic.
Cardiology and vascular surgery non-surgical care, as well as catheter heart and vascular surgeries, which are already in progress, will continue to take place at the Városmajor Clinic during the transition period.
The director-general emphasized: during the relocation, both elective (planned) and acute (on-call) care, as well as transplant surgeries and related patient care, can be carried out with unchanged capacity and uninterrupted.
According to his information, the previous order is expected to be restored from April 11, 2023, and all activities are again performed in the Városmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic building.
