The Kyiv city administration reported that by Sunday morning it was possible to fully restore the district heating service that was interrupted as a result of Thursday’s rocket attack. According to their announcement, there is electricity and water service everywhere in the capital.
At daybreak on Sunday, Russian forces opened fire on the Ochakiv settlement in Mykolaiv County in southern Ukraine, the governor of the region, Vitaly Kim, said. Several residential buildings, including a multi-story one, were damaged in the attack, but no lives were lost.
