The Russian president reflected on the situation of the four “new Russian territories”, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Luhansk and Donetsk, after visiting Kherson on Monday.
The politician called on the Russian government to develop action plans to provide for the population of the areas.
It was also possible to read scattered news reports about the lack of adequate drinking water supply and food supply in some of the areas newly occupied by Russia – especially close to the front line. To a lesser extent, the problems affect not only the civilian population, but also Russian soldiers.
