The International Criminal Court is preparing to issue the first war crimes arrest warrants in Ukraine

Moscow has announced that it does not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. This comes as ICC prosecutors are due to issue their first arrest warrants related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
