No more collection charges on charges entrusted to the tax authorities starting from January 1st 2022. A provision by the director of the Revenue Agency approved the new payment form which incorporates the changes introduced by the Budget law 2022, or the goodbye to premium .

So stop the sum to be paid by the debtor to cover the management costs of the national collection service. The management charges will be to be paid by the State , as required by the Budget law, making the bills less expensive for the debtor.

The premium is the remuneration that the Collection Agent receives for his collection activity for each folder. Even if it is not the most expensive item in a tax bill, there is still an additional percentage ( 6% of the debt) to be paid for the taxpayer. Only in the event that the balance of this debt occurs within 60 days from the notification, the premium is reduced to 3% of the sums collected.

The collection agents will have to use the new model for the folders relating to the loads entrusted to them starting from January 1st 2022 , while for those relating to the assignments up to 31 December 2021 the model approved by the provision of 14 July 14 must be used 2017, regardless of the date of notification of the payment slip which may also take place after 31 December 2021.
