A plane with 132 people on board crashed in the Guangxi region in southern China, reports the AFP news agency referring to the Chinese state media.
According to the AP news agency, there were 123 passengers and nine cabin crew members.
The plane is said to have been on its way from Kunming to Guangzhou in the Guangxi region and is said to have crashed into a mountain near the city of Wuzhou. The accident must therefore have caused a forest fire.
