Major changes and new leaders at Gloster

The company’s goal with the internal reorganization is to create a more efficient structure, which will give greater focus to the priority areas and this will further increase the effectiveness of the company group and support Gloster in the implementation of its 2025 strategy, they wrote.

In 2022, software development was the company’s growth engine: this activity accounted for more than a third (37.8%) of total sales, thanks to the three acquisitions that were successfully completed last year. Gloster has appointed Attila Murvai, one of the founders of Gloster-Minero IT, which has been part of the company group since the fall of 2021, to head the International Software Development business effective June 1, 2023. In addition to managing the business, Attila Murvai performs the executive duties of Gloster-Minero IT together with Attila Tóth, who has also been part of the development of Minero IT since the beginning. With this, the software development will be led by two specialists from within the company who have decades of domestic and international experience in the field of complex software development projects.

The duties of the CEO of Gloster Cloud Zrt. and thus the management of the Cloud business branch are handled by an experienced specialist, Tamás Bene, who was approached by Gloster’s management specifically for this task.

Another important element of the structural transformation is that human resource management is given greater emphasis. Péter Oszlánszki, former deputy general manager of human resources, has been working as a member of the board since the company’s annual general meeting held on May 16.

Gloster’s share price is down 6.9 percent this year.
