All major hospitals and many other health care facilities were open today as the interests of patients were put above the possibility of employees taking a public holiday. During the day, there was uncertainty and concern about whether and how medical workers would be paid for this working day.
Although most of the schools had a holiday today, the exception was the centralized examinations, which were not cancelled. The teachers who monitored these exams also had a question about the payment procedure for that day’s work.
