Date muffins: INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of natural yogurt
  • 200 g of flour
  • 150 g of dates
  • 150 g of shelled hazelnuts
  • 150 g of dark chocolate
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 80 g of oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 sachet of yeast
  • 1/2 glass of rum
  • butter

PROCEDURE

Pitted and coarsely chopped the dates. In a saucepan, let the chocolate melt in a bain-marie. Chop the hazelnuts.

In a bowl, collect the sifted flour together with the yeast, the yogurt, half the hazelnuts, the eggs, 100 grams of sugar, the chocolate and the oil. Mix, add the dates and rum, mix everything well.

Grease twelve single-portion molds, distribute the mixture and sprinkle it with the remaining chopped hazelnuts and the leftover sugar.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for twenty-twenty-five minutes. Let it cool before serving.
