Military conscriptions of this kind take place every year in Russia. In the fall of 2022, 120,000 people were affected by the decree, and last spring, 134,500 people. On average in recent years, each call-up concerned about 130,000 people, so no significant deviation can be detected in this year’s data, even despite the Russian-Ukrainian war.
