From hypermarkets to petrol stations: activities exempt from Green Pass – RB

Hypermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, police headquarters. These are some of the activities that will be allowed to enter from February 1st without the Green Pass. The government has now completed the analysis of the Dpcm that Premier Draghi will sign in the next few hours and which will represent a of lives for the No Vax, who are still many despite the restrictions being defined.

In the draft of the Dpcm it is emphasized that “in the current emergency context” the activities excluded from the obligation to present the super Green Pass are “only those of a food nature and basic necessities, health, veterinary, justice and personal safety”.

The news

Among the novelties of the Dpcm there is the possibility of entering a hypermarket but with many limitations: it will be possible to shop for food, not to buy unnecessary goods, with the obligation of the operator to carry out random checks.

It will then be possible to go to the Police Headquarters, but only to make complaints, for offenses for reasons of security and protection of minors, not for acts of an administrative nature such as a passport.

The exclusion of tobacconists has been confirmed, which are no longer considered an essential service, as opposed to when it was decided during the lockdown.

Pass free activities (or almost)

The dividing line of the Dpcm will be to define which are the essential services of the person, which will not be subject to the obligation of presenting the Green Pass simple (with swab) or reinforced (one with vaccine or cure). Among the activities allowed are:

Hypermarkets, supermarkets, discount stores, mini-markets and in general the establishments that sell foodstuffs (groceries, butchers, fruit shops, etc.). Petrol stations Shops selling wood, pellets and all types of heating fuel for domestic use Sanitation shops, pharmacies, parapharmacies, article shops medical, orthopedic and optics Post offices and banks only to collect the pension Police Headquarters and Courts only for complaints, protection of minors, security reasons Health and social health facilities and also veterinary

Off-limits activities

All other activities will be subject to the presentation of the basic or enhanced Green Pass. Just to give a few examples: all non-food shops, bookstores, newsagents, tobacconists, hairdressers, barbers and beauticians, dental offices, post offices and banks for services due to the collection of the pension.

Refreshments also arrive with restrictions

The government is also thinking about new refreshments for about 360 million in favor of a series of activities in crisis due to anti-Covid restrictions. These include discos, swimming pools, tourist facilities and so on.
