Driven by She’s Mercedes France, the support program dedicated to women entrepreneurs is preparing to repeat the test. The goal? Help and support those who are entrepreneurs through exchange and mentoring. Applications are open. Ready to join the adventure?
A tailor-made program that has proven itself Launched in 100, La Ligne Droite allowed the first participants to boost their business. The symbol is strong when we know that this program, initiated by She’s Mercedes France, follows in the footsteps of a visionary woman and an entrepreneur at heart, Bertha Benz. Karl Benz’s wife was the first person in the world to drive an automobile on a long-distance road trip. A feat for the time!
To promote the success of those who undertake in turn, La Ligne Droite relies on a powerful lever: mentoring. The idea? Establish a relationship of trust between an inspiring mentor and one – or more – mentees, so that the latter can learn from the experience of their peers. Through its 100% personalized approach, the program promotes dialogue and makes it possible to respond to specific issues. Claire Chappet and Charlotte de Laitre, founders of Be my nest, thus benefited from the expertise of Pauline Laigneau, founder of Gemmyo and of the Le Gratin podcast. “Pauline helped us gain self-confidence. All the planets were aligned and this allowed us to revolutionize Be my nest ”, testifies Claire.
An enriching meeting valuing sharing and benevolence, the program guarantees an enriching and constructive meeting on both sides. During the first season, mentors and mentees evolved hand in hand, as revealed by Julia Bijaoui, founder of Frichti and mentor of Noélie Balez, creator of Pampa: been rich and taught me a lot. »
At the end of the program, the mentees have all the keys in hand to give their business a boost.

Join the new promotion of La Ligne Droite! La Ligne Droite is looking for its new recruits. And if it were you ? The program is open to women entrepreneurs who are preparing to take on new challenges. As mentees, participants will be followed by the mentor of their choice. They will also benefit from wide visibility and will be called upon to participate in talks and meetings in order to put their experience to the benefit of other daring women.
