Fake Putin speech caused alarm in Russia: it was about martial law and full mobilization

On the Kyiv Post Twitter page, he shared a video recording from a Russian radio station Vladimir Putin his voice speaks.

In the radio message, the Russian president said that the Ukrainian forces attacked Russia’s Belgorod, Rostov and Voronezh regions, therefore in the border regions declares martial lawthey will start evacuating the population from there, and covering the entire country orders general mobilization.

These messages are all fake

– stated the Kremlin spokesman, Dmitry Peskov.

The concerned Mir Rádió stated that the broadcast was hacked by persons not yet identified.

None of the information published between 12.41 and 13.18 comes from Mir, it is absolutely false and a provocation

– the media company wrote in its announcement.
