Koya Webb holds many titles: She is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, celebrity holistic health coach, author, speaker, and vegan activist whose mission is quite simple.

“My goal is to impact as many people as possible to experience a holistic, a healthy lifestyle”, says the wellness guru exclusively Morning honey as he talks about his partnership Sweet sun to share tips on how to satisfy sweet cravings and give your body some added pre- and post-workout benefits, including adding the natural sweetness of California Prunes and Prune Juice to your daily wellness routine. “This is taking into consideration your mental health, your spiritual health and your physical health, and we do this by adding these routines to our day.”

Since the brunette beauty is also a yoga instructor, she wants to certify others, so “we have more people teaching and coaching people through the process,” she says. “Sometimes we need someone to hold our hand! I recommend to everyone that if you can’t find a coach, then find a responsible partner. Find someone to hold you accountable so that we can thrive.”

From a young age, Webb has always been interested in wellness space. “I remember when I was a little girl, my parents had the book of natural remedies on the shelf. I was always like, ‘How do I heal this naturally?’ My mom and dad never took us to the doctor. They were like, ‘Drink water, you’ll be fine!’ I guess because of my upbringing and natural curiosity, I focused on using nature to heal ourselves,” she recalls.

Luckily, Webb listened to his gut and went on to have a successful career. “It was incredible,” he says. “I love what I do. I love my job – it not only helps me live a healthy lifestyle, but also inspires others to live a healthy lifestyle. It is directly linked to my well-being and I know that the more well I am, the more I mirror well-being, the more people will be inspired to feel good and take care of themselves. It feeds my heart and it gives me incredible joy to receive letters from people. They say, “I feel much better. I have a lot of energy, I feel good. Thanks for these tips.’ It makes my heart smile.”

Since it’s still the best part of the year, Webb has some big goals for 2023. “I want to have 10,000 people in my online membership practicing self-care with me every single day,” she says. “This is a huge and ambitious goal. I also want to certify at least 1,000 teachers this year because I want to get more coaches out there!”

“I would like to be on YOUR OWN network and would love to meet Oprah Winfrey! She is one of my biggest inspirations when it comes to wellness and living a a healthy lifestyle“, he says. “That would be great!”

Meanwhile, Webb wants to get the word out Sweet sun since they do a “great job of providing us with information about California prunes and prune juice,” she says. “When I first started adding it to my diet, I put it next to my bed with my water. I’ve also added it to snacks after a workout or when I was hungry before a meal – not only have I noticed my energy is increased, but I noticed it was fuller the longer.”

“After that experience, I give this wonderful nutritional boost to my clients and now they are incorporating it into their lifestyle. They feel the energy. They can take something natural like prunes and prune juice and get that nutritional boost they need They’re great to work with and they’re an incredible team. It makes me feel good to work with good people who align with my mission to make the world a better place.”
