Here is the player who will be one of Hammarby’s signings this summer.
According to information from Sportbladet, Hammarby and Degerfors have now agreed on the transfer fee for Abdelrahman Saidi – and if nothing unexpected happens, the winger is expected to be introduced as a Bajen player within the next few weeks.
Hammarby has already made an offer for Degerfors Abdelrahman Saidi of around SEK 4 million. But that offer was denied and final negotiations have been going on for a long time.
According to information from Sportbladet, however, the parties now agree on a transfer fee of just over SEK 5 million. Everything is then open for an agreement and nothing unexpected happens, Saidi is expected to be introduced as a Hammarby player within the next few weeks.
“Discover the interest”
The player himself was open about wanting to go to Hammarby. Degerfors sporting director Patrik Werner kept his lips tight on interest in Saidi a few weeks ago.
– We know there is interest in him. We will see what happens. There are still a few weeks left until the window opens and we focus on the games to come and we will see in a few weeks how we think, he said later.
22-year-old Saidi has scored five goals in this year’s Allsvenskan and can be presented as early as next week if all goes well. However, he will not be able to start playing games for Hammarby until the transfer window opens in Sweden on 15 July.
It is located far from Finnbogason
Bajen is already looking for several new acquisitions this year and aims to bring in at least three players. Sportbladet previously disclosed that Hammarby has negotiated with Alfred Finnbogason, where they have offered the Icelandic a performance-based contract of at least two years. But there, the striker will visit a Second Bundesliga club this week and also has a number of other clubs interested in him.
