The Polish parliament voted on the law on Friday. Duda justified his approval by saying that the Polish public should be informed in a transparent manner about how the people holding important positions in Poland reacted to the Russian influence.
“It’s no secret that Russia and its leadership have been trying to influence the politics of other countries in various ways for several years” in order to gain the upper hand through advantageous solutions, including economic solutions, explained Duda.
