At the origin of Geodp, a software suite for managing the occupancy of public spaces, the Angevin company ILTR is changing hands. The structure of 35 employees – which generated a turnover of 2 million euros in 2020 – a was acquired in June by the group born in the first quarter of the merger of the Nantes-based Geodesial Group and the Lyon-based Sogelink .
This new group puts the hand over a company with more than 1. client town halls, such as Brest, Versailles, Metz, Lyon or Brussels. The ILTR suite makes it possible in particular to manage markets, fairs, car parks, brands or terraces in their territories. ILTR’s workforce will remain based in Angers. They will integrate the “public domain management” pole of their new group.
New options This buyout will benefit Littéralis , a Sogelink-Geodesial offer focused on the management of construction sites and the public domain. It is used during works, sporting, cultural or commercial events. ILTR’s contribution will take the form of new control and management options on mobile devices offering, for example, the possibility of taking geotagged photos of situations to be resolved.
When the announcement of their marriage, Geodesial and Sogelink indicated that the new group should reach 80 million euros in revenue over the current year. This activity is generated by the marketing of around forty solutions developed in-house around the challenges of infrastructure, heritage and construction sites.
Wishing to become a French leader in “tech construction” , the group is now reaching 138. 000 end users via 34. client structures. Relying on nearly 300 employees, it is present in France, but also in Canada and Hungary.
