“Announcements about the liberation of Andrijivka are erroneous and premature. Currently, serious and heavy fighting continues in the districts of Andrijivka and Kleschijivka,” the 3rd separate shock brigade of Ukraine announced on its official Telegram channel.
“Such statements are harmful, they endanger the lives of personnel and harm the performance of combat missions,” the brigade said in a statement.
Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Hanna Maliara has also corrected her previous statement about the liberation of Andrijivka, stating that the situation is very complex and changing.
According to her, the main battles are currently continuing in the districts of Andrijivka, Kurdjumyvka and Kleschijivka.
